For optimum result, please follow the guidance precisely as instructed.
The algorithm is predefined based on a standard of gender and age to output an accurate capture. People under the age of 10 should select Boy/Girl. People over the age of 10 will select Adult Male/Female. Avoid direct sunlight, direct spot light of any kind. The capture works best in an even well-lit area, look directly into the front camera, do not move till the capture is completed about 3-5 seconds, sitting down will aid in a better quality. Follow the App mapping and align your face using the target points shown on screen, once the app recognizes your correct positioning do not move your pose till the capture is completed.
The result of the capture is computed immediately for you to view on your phone. The 3D generated avatar will be used to complete your custom 3D design, if you do not like the captured pose for any reasons please repeat the steps till you have one that meets your liking and approval before completing your order.
If for any reasons you do not find the captured images to your liking do not complete the purchase.
